2. Eligibility & Our Products

Products: WhiteStag sells digital educational products for wellness, beauty, and lifestyle, delivered via web apps and video lessons. All products are digital; no physical goods are shipped. Product features, requirements, and prices are outlined at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

3. Account Access & Security

• Access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Instructions are sent via email and WhatsApp.
• You must provide accurate and current contact details. We are not responsible for lost access due to incorrect email addresses.
• Account Security: Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
• Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without a refund if we detect unauthorized sharing, suspicious activity, or a breach of these Terms.

4. Payments, Billing & Chargebacks

• Pricing: Prices and applicable currencies are displayed before checkout. As a global business, we process transactions in multiple currencies. Local taxes or foreign exchange fees applied by your bank are your responsibility.

• Chargebacks & Disputes: If you have an issue with a charge, you agree to contact support@whitestag.online first. Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank will result in immediate termination of your account, and we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback using your usage logs and IP data.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the content solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Strictly Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sub-license, or create derivative works from our content. Furthermore, you may not use our content, videos, or text to train Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, machine learning algorithms, or large language models (LLMs).

7. Acceptable Use & Restrictions
